What is a spontaneous application?
Writing to a company that has not posted a job for your role, to introduce yourself to the person who would hire you. Done well, it puts you in front of a team before a posting exists, without a pile of other applicants.
How does Candiwize choose the companies?
From the role and the country you give, it finds companies where people in that role work. You see them before anything else happens and keep only the ones you want.
Who receives my email?
The managers you pick in each company, usually the head of the team you would join, at a work email Candiwize has checked. You see who they are before anything is written.
Do I have to approve every introduction?
Yes. Each one waits in the app until you read it, edit it if you like, and approve it; only then does it leave your Gmail.
Will my current employer find out?
No. Your search is private. Candiwize never posts anything publicly and never contacts your current employer. It only emails the people you choose, from your own inbox, where only you can see it.
